is a revolutionary treatment to provide patients with fully functioning teeth on dental implants in just a single, hour-long procedure. This technology was developed by Nobel Biocare and allows the restorative doctor and oral surgeon to work together.

Additionally, the final prosthesis is created prior to the surgery. The implant surgery is computer-guided and is performed in an arthroscopic fashion without requiring any flap reflection. Following the procedure, the patient has less discomfort, swelling, and bruising. In fact, most patients resume their normal activities the following day.

To begin this process, a CAT scan is performed on the patient’s jawbone. The scan is used to create a three-dimensional model of the jawbone that is used in virtual reality software to plan the implant placement without the patient present.
